    I guess Buenos Aires has a very good climate. Not too hot in summer(December, January, February) and never too cold in winter(June, July, August). The absolute minimum was (a long time ago) -5*C?

    Buenos Aires, as well, is the Cultural Capital of Latinamerica.

    Besides, its original Population, the real argentinian is 87,6% european descendent.
    Although during the last 2 Decades, at least 12 million latinamerican immigrants are living in Argentina, conforming about the third part of its present population.
